"We make more choices about food every day than any other decision. For some people, those choices are wrapped up in self-doubt, self-punishment and angst. For others, convenience trumps all else. Our food choices are vital to our short term health (how we sleep, interact and feel on a daily basis) and on a long term scale (obesity, cholesterol, diabetes, etc.) They also affect our families. Our children watch what we eat and follow our lead. I want these choices to be meaningful, thoughtful and joyous. To celebrate how flavor and nourishment come together and enhance our lives. My mission is to bring joy, good health and personal satisfaction through teaching others how to prepare and enjoy food."
